1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.cannabisjobs.eu, user registration, job applications, job postings, and the purchase of training services offered by CannabisJobs.

By using the site, creating an account, submitting an application, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

The data controller’s identification and contact information are available in the Privacy Policy. The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, respectively.

2. Account Registration and Use

The user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Login credentials are personal and may not be shared with third parties. The user is responsible for keeping them secure and for all activities carried out through their account.

You may not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive purposes, or for any purposes other than those for which the services are made available.

CannabisJobs may suspend or remove accounts, content, applications, or documents that are false, unlawful, offensive, irrelevant, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Applications

Registration, uploading your resume, and submitting applications are free.

The candidate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information contained in their profile, resume, and other submitted documents.

Resumes are not publicly accessible nor made available indiscriminately to companies. CannabisJobs evaluates applications and may share a profile with the company involved in a specific recruitment process when it deems the candidate relevant and suitable to pass the preliminary screening.

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

  • submitting your resume to the company;
  • a contact or an interview;
  • individual feedback;
  • the selection or hiring process.

The final decision on whether to move the application forward and whether to hire the candidate rests with the company in question.

Candidates must independently verify the terms of the job offer and ensure they possess any work permits, visas, qualifications, or authorizations required in the country where the position is located.

4. Job Openings

Job postings are managed and published by CannabisJobs based on the information provided by interested clients. CannabisJobs may correct, update, suspend, or remove them to ensure they are clear, up-to-date, and in compliance with these Terms.

CannabisJobs strives to keep its information up to date, but does not guarantee that a position will remain available until the job posting is removed. The company may modify, suspend, or close the hiring process.

The terms of any employment relationship are agreed upon directly between the candidate and the company. CannabisJobs is not a party to the employment contract.

Recruitment, headhunting, consulting, and corporate training services are governed by specific agreements signed with each client.

5. Courses and Training Services

CannabisJobs can offer:

  • recorded online courses;
  • webinars and live online classes;
  • in-person courses, workshops, and training events;
  • other training activities described on the website.

The courses are reserved for adults and are intended solely for educational and professional purposes within the legal and regulated cannabis sector. They do not encourage consumption, cultivation, or any other illegal activity.

Each participant is responsible for verifying the applicable laws in their own country and for using the knowledge acquired exclusively in contexts where such activities are permitted. CannabisJobs is not responsible for the unlawful or improper use of the content, nor for the consequences arising from activities carried out in violation of applicable laws. Regulations regarding cannabis, its cultivation, production, distribution, sale, and consumption vary by country and territory.

The content, language, price, duration of access, format, dates, times, location, and any requirements are as indicated on the service page at the time of purchase.

Participation in the courses is independent of the selection and recruitment services.

Upon completion of the course, a certificate of participation issued by CannabisJobs may be awarded.

6. Purchase and Activation

The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of purchase, including taxes where applicable and indicated.

Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout.

For online courses, access to the CannabisJobs Academy is manually activated by the owner after payment is confirmed. The access period begins on the activation date.

Users must provide accurate and complete information, including their date of birth (which is required to verify that they are of legal age) and a valid email address. They are also required to check their spam folder and, if they do not receive the login instructions, to contact info@cannabisjobs.eu

Any extensions of access are evaluated by CannabisJobs on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute an automatic right.

Promotional codes must be used before the purchase is completed; they cannot be converted into cash or applied retroactively, and are subject to the terms and conditions provided with the promotion.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Where required by law, the consumer may cancel the purchase of a course or training service within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, without having to provide any reason.

Recorded Online Courses

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that they have not yet opened or used any course content. Login credentials are sent only after payment has been verified and the consumer’s age has been confirmed.

By accepting these Terms, the user requests that the course be activated once these verifications are complete, and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal the moment they access a lesson or any other content of the online course for the first time. After that point, you will not be eligible for a refund simply because you changed your mind.

Webinars and In-Person Activities

For webinars, live classes, courses, and in-person events, the dates, times, formats, and any specific conditions listed on the registration page apply.

Without prejudice to the rights granted by law, failure to participate due to personal reasons, travel issues, delays, missed connections, or scheduling conflicts does not entitle the participant to a refund.

CannabisJobs may, at its discretion and after evaluating the circumstances of each individual case, allow the registration to be transferred to a new date or issue a voucher that can be used on the website. These options do not constitute an automatic right for the participant.

If CannabisJobs permanently deletes a paid listing, the participant may choose between:

  • a refund of the price paid;
  • attendance at a new date;
  • a credit of the same value.

In the event of a postponement or substantial change, an appropriate solution will be proposed, taking into account the circumstances and applicable rights.

Any specific organizational requirements will be listed on the activity page before registration.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

When applicable, notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@cannabisjobs.eu by means of a clear statement of intent to cancel the purchase, specifying your name, the email address used, the service purchased, the date, and the order number. The consumer is advised to keep a copy of the notice sent. CannabisJobs will confirm receipt of the request.

A credit or gift certificate may be offered as an alternative, but it does not replace a refund required by law without the consumer’s consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The courses, videos, lessons, texts, presentations, images, quizzes, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

This purchase grants only a personal, limited, and non-transferable right to use the content for educational purposes.

The following is prohibited:

  • sharing your personal account or login credentials;
  • recording or copying classes and webinars without authorization;
  • reproduce, sell, publish, or distribute the materials;
  • disclose the content to third parties;
  • use the materials to create other courses or commercial products.

In the event of a violation, CannabisJobs may immediately suspend or revoke access to the course without a refund, report the conduct to the appropriate authorities, take appropriate legal action, and seek compensation for any damages incurred.

9. User Responsibility

The content published on this website, including courses, blog posts, job listings, and informational materials, is intended for educational, informational, and professional purposes and pertains exclusively to the legal and regulated cannabis industry. CannabisJobs does not encourage consumption, cultivation, or any other activity that violates the law.

Since laws and regulations vary by country and territory, the user is responsible for verifying the applicable provisions in the location where they are located or intend to operate, and for using the information obtained exclusively for permitted activities. CannabisJobs is not liable for any unlawful or improper use of the content, nor for any consequences arising from activities carried out in violation of applicable laws.

10. Service Availability

CannabisJobs takes reasonable measures to ensure the proper functioning of the website and the Academy platform, but cannot guarantee their continuous, uninterrupted availability.

CannabisJobs is not responsible for any issues arising from the user’s devices, internet connection, software, or settings, nor for any interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party services, or force majeure.

If a technical issue attributable to CannabisJobs prevents access to a course, we will do everything reasonably possible to restore service. In the event of a significant disruption, the access period may be extended.

The inalienable rights recognized by law shall always remain unaffected.

11. Suspension of Access

CannabisJobs may suspend or revoke access to the website or services in the event of:

  • nonpayment;
  • account sharing;
  • fraudulent or unlawful use;
  • intellectual property infringement;
  • false information;
  • a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.

Whenever possible and appropriate, the user will be notified and will have the opportunity to provide clarification.

12. Changes

CannabisJobs may update its services and these Terms for technical, organizational, or regulatory reasons.

The terms and conditions applicable to a purchase are those accepted at the time the order is placed. Subsequent changes do not retroactively affect rights that have already been acquired.
