It operates in a structured environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is someone with a genuine passion for the plant and a solid understanding of its characteristics, developed through both study and hands-on experience. This is a valuable opportunity to join a growing company, contribute to its progress, and grow professionally alongside it.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and perform the daily care of mother plants, including pruning, irrigation, and health monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Manage all stages of the cloning process, including preparing clones for transplant and ensure the production of healthy, uniform cuttings<\/li>\n<li>Execute and oversee the cutting and rooting of cannabis cuttings with consistency and precision<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily monitoring of clone inventory and track new clone counts<\/li>\n<li>Report any losses or dead cuttings promptly<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze the success rate of each strain\u2019s propagation to ensure quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Lead, train, and support a team of approximately five staff members<\/li>\n<li>Ensure enforcement and application by the supervising team of hygiene protocols and internal quality standards throughout all propagation phases<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to align propagation volumes with production needs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role within medium- to large-scale cannabis or hemp cultivation facilities<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of cannabis plant care, mother plant management, and propagation techniques<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, precise, and detail-oriented approach<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and leadership skills; able to train and motivate a small team<\/li>\n<li>Honest, reliable, and passionate about working with plants<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset and adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Availability to start at the Vienna facility around 11 September 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What They Offer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, permanent contract (40 hours\/week)<\/li>\n<li>Salary based on experience<\/li>\n<li>Flat organizational structure and a collaborative, informal working culture<\/li>\n<li>Supportive and well-equipped work environment<\/li>\n<li>Inclusion in the employee severance pay fund (Mitarbeitervorsorgekasse)<\/li>\n<li>Real opportunities for professional development and internal growth within a growing company<\/li>\n<li>A facility located near Vienna, easily accessible by public transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9501,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Vienna","_application":"cannabisjobs.italia@gmail.com","_company_name":"CannabisJobs","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":1,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job_listing_region":[1201,1757],"job-categories":[1758,84],"class_list":["post-13791","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_listing_region-europa-es","job_listing_region-vienna-es","job_position_featured"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.9 (Yoast SEO v28.5) -
