Join a leading CBD company and drive business growth across Europe. We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Sales Manager to join a well-established CBD company based in Germany. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s product portfolio, developing long-term client relationships, and supporting market expansion efforts across Europe.
This is a key commercial role suited for professionals with solid sales experience and a strong understanding of the cannabis industry.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and grow the existing B2B client portfolio
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in relevant markets
Promote the company’s core products
Provide expert consultation to clients, ensuring product knowledge and satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and retention strategies
Monitor performance against sales targets and key metrics
Support the company’s presence at trade fairs and industry events throughout Europe
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cannabis, CBD, or related sectors
University degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline
Solid knowledge of cultivation techniques and growing-related products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Experience with CRM tools and strong analytical abilities
Excel proficiency
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1); other European languages are a plus
Based in Berlin or nearby areas, with a valid work permit in Germany
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Availability to travel occasionally to events and trade shows across Europe (min. 2 times/year)
Familiarity with social media tools (especially Instagram) for promotional activities
Driver’s license is considered an asset

Direct employment contract with the company
Gross annual salary: €56,000 – €60,000, plus performance-based incentives
Hybrid work model (2 days/week at the office)
